Logitech K750 Keyboard Charges on Solar Power, Calculators Not Impressed

Logitech k750
Solar power continues to gain traction as a viable energy source. Although the expensive technology still seems out of reach for most consumers, Logitech is installing the increasingly popular panels on a mainstream product. The company's new Wireless Solar Keyboard K750 sports a thin, one-third-inch profile, a series of ambient light solar panels (which can reportedly charge even indoors) and chiclet keys. The $80 model requires only one USB port, and, judging from the designated Windows key, seems to be tailored for PCs.

Engadget also ascertained that the K750, which arrives on the market next month, "can theoretically run for three months even if you leave it in a dark desk drawer." So, relax, there's no need to stress out about having to leave your dark, isolated dungeon in order to venture outside for keyboard rejuvenation.
